Collection Period: Pick up within 7 days of notification. Contact us if you need more time; uncollected orders may be canceled.

Identification: If someone else is collecting, they need the order confirmation and their own ID. Inform us in advance.

Returns & Changes: Returns follow our standard policy. Contact us promptly for order changes; modifications may not be possible once it’s ready.

Responsibility: Ownership transfers to you at pick-up. Check items in-store for issues.

Our tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period from the purchase date.

Industrial Shed PTY LTD warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or non-genuine parts.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims, which may include repair, replacement, or refund based on the issue.

Customers are responsible for transport costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise stated.

Warranty coverage is limited to the tool itself and excludes any incidental or consequential damages.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Industrial Shed Pty Ltd has no liability and is not required to provide Warranty Services if the issue arises from:

- Requests for warranty services outside of business hours.
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product or its included accessories.
- Operating the product in a way that doesn’t follow the Instruction Manual.
- Using incorrect batteries or chargers.
- Using unauthorized, non-genuine, or non-standard parts with the product.
- Continuing to use the product with known or apparent faults.
- Tampering with the product beyond what is outlined in the Instruction Manual.
- Making mechanical adjustments that don’t align with the Instruction Manual.
- Failing to take reasonable steps to prevent product damage or failure.
- Storing the product inconsistently with the Instruction Manual.
- Neglecting proper maintenance per the Instruction Manual.
- Repairing or servicing the product by anyone not authorized by Industrial Shed Pty Ltd.

Additionally, this warranty does not cover the following:

- Accidental damage or damage from events outside of control (Force Majeure), including:
- Environmental factors or UV light discolouration.
- Crushing, impacts with hard surfaces, or transit-related damage.
- Damage from excessive heat or cold.
- Solvent damage or water entry into the product.
- Contact with sand, rust, corrosion, fire, or insect infestation.
- Power surges, voltage issues, or inadequate power supply.
- Abnormal product performance caused by interference from ancillary equipment or external factors.
- Damage, failures, or defects disclosed (or reasonably should have been disclosed) to you before purchase.
- Normal wear and tear, including calibration needs.
- Freight costs associated with transporting the product.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Consumables such as battery packs supplied with the product.

No modifications to these warranty terms are valid unless approved in writing by Industrial Shed Pty Ltd.

If Industrial Shed Pty Ltd Online chooses not to enforce any right or provision under these terms, that doesn’t mean we’re waiving our right to enforce it in the future.

Any waiver of a term or condition is only valid if it’s documented in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Industrial Shed Pty Ltd Online.
